ORDER
As per paper read as (1) above the Board of Studies in Law (UG) resolved to introduce
the syllabus of the paper "Gender Justice and Feminist Jurisprudence" (GE C5 Elective 5) of 9 th
semester BBA LLB course . As per paper read as (2) above the Faculty of Law approved the
minutes of the meeting of the Board of Studies in Law (UG) read as (1) above and the scheme and
syllabus of BBA LLB course.
As per paper read as (3) above, the Academic Council approved the Minutes of the Faculty of
Commerce and Management Studies held on 28.10.2015 and the Minutes of the meeting of the
various Board of Studies coming under it.
As per paper read as (5) above some clarification were sought from the Chairperson Board of
Studies on the matter of implementing the syllabus of 9th sem BBA-LLB paper "Gender Justice and
Feminist jurisprudence" which was furnished by the Chairperson vide her letter dated 13.04.2016
read among (4) above.
As per paper read as (6) above, the Hon'ble Vice Chancellor accorded sanction to implement the
Syllabus of BBA LLB 9th semester General elective paper "Gender Justice and Feminist
Jurisprudence" (GE C5).
The following orders are therefore issued.
The syllabus of BBA LLB course General Elective paper "Gender Justice and Feminist
Jurisprudence" (GE C 5) is implemented.
