Abstract
Revision of exam fees and Other fees-Representation from Student Organizations -Resolution of
the Syndicate considering the recommendations of the Subcommittee comprising of Dr V.P. Abdul

ORDER
1. Vide paper read 1st above revised fees structure was implemented in the University wef
01/03/2015.
2. The representatives of various Students Organizations demanded the withdrawal of revised fee
rate pointing out the disproportionate hike in some items of it.
3. The Committee constituted to review the fees structure implemented in the University comprising
of Dr V.P. Abdul Hameed, Adv.P.M.Niyas, and Sri.T.N Prathapan MLA considered the requests from
various Students Organizations to review the fee hike vide paper 2nd above.
4. Vide paper read 3rd above a new proposal with regard to certain items of omission/addition in the
revised fees structure was forwarded by the Pareeksha Bhavan.
5. Vide paper read 4th above the members of the Syndicate sub-committee had a discussion with
the representatives of various student organizations.
6. The Syndicate vide paper read 5th above has approved the fee revision proposal made by the
subcommittee of the Syndicate on the basis of the committee meeting held on 28/04/2015 and the
meeting with representatives of various students organization held on 29/04/2015.
7. It was also resolved to fix the fee for BMMC course as equivalent to BSc. Computer Science.
8. Hon. Vice Chancellor has accorded sanction to implement the
fee revision proposal of the
Syndicate sub-committee w e f 20/05/2015.It was also ordered to fix the fee for BMMC course as
equivalent to BSc.Computer Science from the same date.
9. The following orders are therefore issued:a)The Recommendations of the Syndicate Sub-committee to review the fees Structure implemented
in the University is approved.
b)The revised fees Structure (Annexure I)will come to effect from 20/05/2015 ie the exam
notifications issued on or after 20/05/2015.
c)Orders are issued accordingly.
