END OF YEAR PASSWORD / VOICE MAIL INSTRUCTIONS v Please change your password to 22011#. To do this, log on to your voice mail, dial 84, and change your password to 22011#. Please make this change prior to check out on May 27th. Please change your voice mail message before you leave for the summer to reflect summer information, when you’ll be back on the job, etc. This info will be helpful for the community and might save you some message backingup on your phone. The easiest way to do this is to put a temporary message on your phone. (It will not do anything to your existing message. Follow these guidelines:
· · · · · · Log on to your voice mail as usual.
Dial 82 and listen for the prompt.
Press 3 (for the temporary message).
Press 5 to record your new message and end the recording with a #.
You may review your message by pressing 2
There will be a prompt to put the ending date and time on the temporary message. MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS, otherwise your temp message will not come off.
· Don’t put the message on until you are ready for the callers to receive it – as it is effective immediately. This temporary message will reflect on your internal and external calls automatically.
